Oracle Cloud is a service provider similar to AWS and Azure.

This WordPress website is hosted using one of the two free forever VM instances. It’s perfect for the job as there aren’t as many restrictions as AWS and Azure which means that it is more future proofed for if the website requires a but more compute or bandwidth.

It was very simple to setup. It took longer to setup WordPress itself.

I am currently in the process of making a Kubernetes cluster using their forever free resources. Once I understand how to reliably configure Kubernetes pods I will transition my docker services where I can.
