Peterborough

I didn’t spend long in Peterborough as I only had just over an hour to kill before my next train arrived. The High Street was very nice and had a nice market square.

I spent most of my time walking around the Cathedral.

Leicester

Leicester was a lot larger than I expected. In my first night I thought I had seen the majority of the city centre. However, when exploring further the next morning I found that there was a lot more to see on the edges. I first found the canal that ran alongside. But I had also somehow missed the shopping centre. It wasn’t large but it blended in quite well from the high street.
